The community will feature spacious apartments with varying floor plans to choose from and beautiful views of the Hill Towns on one side and Mount Tom on the other. The building’s design includes multiple dining rooms featuring restaurant-style dining, a Pub where happy hours will be held, Library, Fitness Center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a Salon/Spa where residents can have their hair and nails done and get a massage, a Theater with surround-sound featuring popular movie and TV selections, an Internet Café with computers available for community use, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas with community gardens.

Locally Developed and Owned

In addition to the developer who hails from the area, the other companies and individuals behind Armbrook Village have strong local connections to western Massachusetts. The project is being built by Sage Engineering & Contracting of Westfield. Lead financing for the project was provided by Hampden Bank of Springfield, with Clinton Savings Bank of Clinton MA, Savings Institute Bank & Trust of East Hampton, CT, and the Springfield office of Mass Development participating in the financing. The facility will be managed professionally by an investor in the project, a Massachusetts-based company, Senior Living Residences (SLR). SLR currently owns and/or manages ten other senior communities, all of them in Massachusetts. The company has been at the forefront of creating innovative assisted living and memory support communities in New England for over 20 years.

Having local, hands-on ownership and operations management ensures complete attention to detail and a strong commitment to the success of this community over the long term.

Located on North Road only minutes from Downtown Westfield, Barnes Municipal Airport, the Mass Pike, and Routes 91 and 20, Armbrook Village will provide easy access to the area’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions, as well as local medical services and facilities.
