SLR Vice President Graduates World-Class Master's Program, December 2008
Seth Dudley, Vice President of Senior Living Residences, LLC, received an MBA in Aging Services from the Erickson School, University of Maryland Baltimore Campus, Baltimore, MD in December 2008. Mr. Dudley was part of the first cohort to partake in an intense master's program offered to an elite group of leaders in the aging arena. Emma Daniels, a certified nursing assistant at Standish Village at Lower Mills in Boston, MA, received the 2008 OPIE Award from the Massachusetts Alliance of Alzheimer Program Directors in December 2008, for her exemplary service while working with residents in the community’s Memory Support Neighborhood. Each year, the OPIE, which stands for Outstanding Performance in Excellence, is awarded to a direct care worker who demonstrates exceptional service in assisted living, long-term care or adult day health. Concord Park, located in West Concord, MA has won a Reader’s Choice Award from the Community Newspaper Company for the third consecutive year. The independent and assisted living community was the #1 pick for “Best Retirement Living Residence” in Concord, MA and also won a “Silver Honorable Mention” for “Best Retirement Living Residence” for the entire Boston MetroWest region.
