Benjamin Boulter Executive Director, Methuen Village, Methuen, MA
Benjamin Boulter’s background in business administration for the assisted living industry and his education in hospitality management for the hotel industry provide him with a solid base of experience for his current role as Executive Director of Methuen Village.

Mr. Boulter's knowledge of the financial options available to seniors, including long-term care insurance and the Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefit, as well as his passion for delivering top quality customer service and hotel-style assisted living services, benefit the residents of Methuen Village. Mr. Boulter served as Business Manager at Methuen Village during the community’s construction and opening in 2009 through to stabilized occupancy in 2010. Previously he served as Director of Business Administration for several Benchmark Assisted Living communities in Brighton, MA, Waltham, MA and Concord, NH. His business management duties went beyond managing payroll, maintaining the budget and preparing financial reports to recruitment and hiring, as well as managing in-house human resource activity and in-service programs for employees.

Mr. Boulter received his BS in Hospitality Management from the The Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH. He is a member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (MassALFA).
