When googling or map questing directions, use 870 County Road as your destination - Dr. Julius Kelley Lane is a fairly new road and shows up as a long driveaway at 870 County Road in search engines and maps!

Directions from the North over the Bourne Bridge

• Take Route 6 along the canal, following signs for Cape Cod and the Bourne Bridge
• Go over the Bourne Bridge & ½ way around the rotary onto Route 28
• At the next rotary (the Mass Military Reservation exit), go ¼ of the way around the rotary toward the Route 28A exit
• Stay straight on the rotary exit road, going through the lights onto Lake Drive
• Go left at the end of the road onto Old County Road
• Take a sharp right at the top of the hill onto County Road
• Take an immediate left at Dr. Julius Kelley Lane

Directions from Hyannis

• Take Route 28 to the Mashpee Rotary
• Take the 2nd right off the rotary onto Route 151
• Take Route 151 to Route 28 North toward Boston
• At the first rotary, take the 3rd right for Route 28A
• Stay straight on the rotary exit road, going through the lights onto Lake Drive
• Go left at the end of the road onto Old County Road
• Take a sharp right at the top of the hill onto County Road
• Take an immediate left at Dr. Julius Kelley Lane

Cape Cod Senior Residences is located at 100 Dr. Julius Kelley Lane, just off 870 County Road in the village of Pocasset in Bourne, MA.

We serve seniors from throughout Cape Cod, MA. Residents have moved here from: the Upper Cape towns of Bourne, Falmouth, Sandwich, and Mashpee; mid-Cape towns of Hyannis, Barnstable, Yarmouth and Dennis; and the Lower Cape towns from Chatham to Provincetown. Residents have also originally come from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Family members living on the Cape and in southeastern MA over the bridge in the communities of Plymouth and Wareham especially find our location just off of Route 28 to be very convenient. Of course, anyone is welcome to move to Cape Cod Senior Residences, no matter where you presently reside. We look forward to meeting you!
