Cape Cod Senior Residences features 24 independent senior apartments and 60 apartments for those who want or require the option of assisted living personal care services. Our assisted living services are delivered with care and compassion, enhancing residents' independence and dignity and providing peace of mind for residents and their families. (Residents have the option to obtain the optional assisted living services from other service providers.)

Our affordable community is open to individuals 65 years or older whose incomes are at or below 60% of the area median income for seniors in Barnstable County. The medium income is calculated based on gross income plus 2% of assets - the total must be at or under $39,420 (for couples) and $34,500 (for an individual).
