The BayView is a monthly rental community offering Assisted Living and a secure Memory Support Neighborhood for those with memory loss. The BayView offers a range of apartment accommodations and service options at reasonable monthly rates. Specific rates for our various apartments depend upon apartment size and location, as well as service options chosen by the resident. Private studio apartment	$3,950 per month
Water view studio apartment	$4,650 per month
Memory Support Neighborhood	$4,900 to $6,400 per month

Optional Services
