You also save every month with our lower monthly fees. We offer Independent Living and Assisted Living featuring a range of apartment accommodations, service options and reasonable monthly rates.
Age & Income Limits
Cape Cod Senior Residences, an affordably-oriented community, is open to seniors 65 years or older whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. The 2008 limits are $31,080 for an individual and $35,520 for a couple.
The limits are based on gross annual income (social security, pensions, etc.) plus 2% of assets (home, bank accounts, CDs, etc.). Many seniors are concerned that if they own a house, they may not "qualify" for residency at Cape Cod Senior Residences. This is not always the case.
