Concord Park is a monthly rental community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and a secure Memory Support Neighborhood for those with memory loss. Concord Park offers a range of apartment accommodations, service options and reasonable monthly rates. Specific rates for our various apartments depend upon apartment size and location, as well as service options chosen by the resident.
