Concord Park is a monthly rental community offering Assisted Living and state-of-the-art Memory Support Care. Our supportive services, delivered with care and compassion, enhance residents' independence and dignity and provide peace of mind for residents and their families. We offer a range of accomodations and service packages. Specific monthly rates depend upon the size and location of the apartment, as well as service options chosen by the resident. Please call for information about our all-inclusive rates. Families appreciate that our community does not have any hidden charges or surprise fees.
