Residents enjoy socializing with each other during meals and at other times of the day in our comfortably furnished community rooms or outside on our grounds. Our landscaped backyard with walking path, patio and pergola provides a serene oasis in the middle of a busy city where residents gather in the nice weather to chat and get some exercise.

We offer a weekly exercise class, as well as regularly scheduled transportation to the area's shopping and dining. We are located just one block from the hustle and bustle of Cambridge's Central Square affording residents easy access to all the city has to offer.

John F. Kennedy Apartments features 44 "independent" apartments for the elderly and disabled, as well as 25 one-bedroom apartments for those who want or require the option of personal care services.

We offer affordable monthly apartment rentals with a Section 8 subsidy to serve qualifying disabled individuals and seniors with moderate and low incomes.

A third-party provider offers a range of assisted care services for elderly residents at an additional cost. (Residents may arrange to obtain optional services from any provider of their choice.)

Specific monthiy rates depend upon the resident's income and service options chosen. Please call us at 617-499-7147 for our current availability and rates.
