Compass at Hopkinton is unique among Alzheimer’s care assisted living communities in the Metrowest area and Worcester County with our spectrum of enhanced on-site services that allow us to treat and care for seniors with all levels of dementia - from early memory loss (Mild Cognitive Impairment) through the late stages of Alzheimer's disease. As residents age in place and care needs may increase, we offer the option of choosing from a wide variety of on-site clinical services.

Compass at Hopkinton is owned and operated by Senior Living Residences (SLR), a local Massachusetts firm with 20 years of experience in Alzheimer’s care for assisted living residents. SLR created “Compass Memory Support” - a mosaic of innovative research-based programs specifically designed to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment (early memory loss) with input from leading academic institutions and clinicians, including the Boston University School of Medicine's Alzheimer's Disease Center. Our local on-site staff has extensive knowledge and experience in Alzheimer's care and is supported by the entire Alzheimer's team at Senior Living Residences.
