Follow I-95/Rt. 128 to Rt. 2 West for approximately 7 miles.
At second light past Emerson Hospital, take a left onto Rt. 62 West toward West Concord.
*At third light, bear right at fork onto Commonwealth Avenue.
Take a right into the West Concord Commuter Rail parking lot.
Bear left to Concord Park Assisted Living entrance.

Follow Rt. 2 East.
Take a right onto Rt. 62 West toward West Concord.

Concord Park is conveniently located in the heart of the West Concord shopping village and offers easy access to our area's historic and cultural sites, as well as excellent health care facilities. We are very close to Rt. 2.

We serve seniors from throughout Massachusetts, but specifically in the Boston Metrowest area. Residents have moved here from throughout Concord and West Concord, MA as well as our immediate neighbors: Bedford, Acton, Lincoln, Sudbury and Maynard, MA. We also have provided a home to seniors from Lexington, Marlboro, Carlisle, Weston, Wayland and Waltham, MA to name a few towns! Because of our expertise in Alzheimer’s disease, we also find that people are willing to move from further away from throughout the greater Boston and Worcester areas, including Groton, Harvard, Belmont, Boxboro and Stow, MA. Of course, anyone is welcome to move to Concord Park, no matter where you presently reside. We look forward to meeting you!
