In our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia enjoy a comfortable, dignified residential setting and treatment for the symptoms of their memory loss. Senior Living Residences (the company that manages the day-to-day operations of Concord Park) created “Compass Memory Support” - a mosaic of innovative research-based programs specifically designed to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment (early memory loss) - with input from leading academics and clinicians, including staff from the Boston University School of Medicine's Alzheimer's Disease Center.

Our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood is located in a dedicated, secured wing within Concord Park. With only 16 apartments, the Neighborhood features an intimate nurturing environment with a high staff-to-resident ratio and an exceptionally personal style of care.
