Concord Park, a Volunteers of America senior community, is conveniently located on Commonwealth Avenue in the heart of the West Concord, MA shopping village.

Concord Park  offers local seniors gracious Independent and Assisted Living, as well as a secure Memory Support Neighborhood® for those with memory loss and Alzheimer's disease.

Residents have their choice of private studio and one-bedroom apartments and enjoy a variety of beautifully furnished community areas. The outdoor areas at Concord Park are extensive. In addition to a large landscaped courtyard and patio, the land behind Concord Park features a picnic area and walking trail that winds along the Assabet River.

Concord Park is sponsored by the not-for-profit Volunteers of America, Massachusetts, which has a 100-year history as a nonprofit provider of quality housing and care for seniors. The community is managed by Senior Living Residences of Boston, a trusted name in senior housing and care among families and eldercare professionals for over 20 years.
