Jennifer Hoadley, Program Director of the BayView’s Memory Support Neighborhood, holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is among the most experienced Assisted Living Alzheimer’s Program Directors in Massachusetts.

At The BayView, Ms. Hoadley develops enrichment activity programming for the residents, supervises and trains the personal caregiving staff, coordinates care plan meetings and community outreach, and leads family caregiver support group meetings.

Ms. Hoadley joined The BayView in October 2007. Prior to that she served as Program Director for the Memory Support Neighborhood at Neville Place, an Assisted Living community in Cambridge which is also managed by Senior Living Residences. She also served as Program Director for a Benchmark Assisted Living community – the Harbor Program at Greystone Farm in Salem, NH – and for a Hearthstone Alzheimer Care community in Brockton, MA.

Her professional affiliations include the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Association and the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association.
