Jennifer Hoadley, Program Director of Compass on the Bay's Memory Support Neighborhood, holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is among the most experienced Assisted Living Alzheimer’s Program Directors in Massachusetts.

At Compass on the Bay, Ms. Hoadley develops enrichment activity programming for the residents, supervises and trains the personal caregiving staff, coordinates care plan meetings and community outreach, and leads family caregiver support group meetings.

 

Ms. Hoadley joined Compass on the Bay in 2007. Prior to that she served as Program Director for the  Compass  Memory Support Neighborhood at Neville Place, an Assisted Living community in Cambridge which is also managed by Senior Living Residences. She also served as Program Director for a Benchmark Assisted Living community – the Harbor Program at Greystone Farm in Salem, NH – and for a Hearthstone Alzheimer Care community in Brockton, MA.

 

Her professional affiliations include the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Association and the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association.
