Leandra Bustos, Executive Director, Neville Place Leandra Bustos joined Senior Living Residences in 2011 to manage the daily operations of Neville Place Assisted Living, located at Fresh Pond in Cambridge, MA. She came to SLR from Belmont Village Senior Living in Burbank, CA, a 149-apartment community that offers independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s care for local seniors. In her role as Director of Community Relations for Belmont Village, Leandra worked with eldercare professionals, families and the community, coordinated marketing efforts and community events, and oversaw the quality of the building appearance, food services, resident care, and social programs. Prior to her work in the assisted living industry, Leandra served as Senior Branch Manager for Enterprise Holdings in Los Angeles, CA, overseeing 250 employees and operations for the Enterprise, National and Alamo car rental agencies at the Lax and Burbank airport locations, which averaged 12,000 customers per month. Leandra was responsible for human resource management, operations management, customer relations, new hire training and orientation, and budgeting. She was responsible for the profitability and sales for the three care rental agencies in the area with revenues averaging $1.4 million dollars per month. Leandra has a BS from the University of California with a Major in Gerontology and a Minor in Human Development.
