Lee Larkin, Corporate Director of Marketing, is an award-winning marketing and communications professional specializing in assisted living, health care communications and cause-related marketing. Working with Senior Living Residences (SLR) since 1999, Ms. Larkin has conducted pre-opening marketing campaigns for over 25 assisted living projects throughout New England. She also manages on-going marketing programs for SLR’s portfolio of 10 owned and managed communities.

Prior to joining SLR, Ms. Larkin ran her own firm, Regan Larkin Communications, providing a full range of marketing services for clients, including strategic planning, web site and collateral development, social media, advertising, direct mail, publicity and referral programs. Among other projects, her agency created and implemented a cause-related marketing campaign for the Massachusetts fishing industry which won the Publicity Club of New England’s top award. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Larkin was an account executive at Cone Communications of Boston servicing the agency’s top account, Fortune 500 company Bausch & Lomb. Her responsibilities included crisis communications, creation of a national speakers bureau for medical symposia, and sports marketing of contact lenses. Ms. Larkin also served as Director of Public Education for the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and Director of Communications for the Massachusetts Secretary of State. She started her career in Boston radio as a news writer and assignment editor for Boston’s top news stations WBZ and WEEI.

Ms. Larkin has received professional awards throughout the years for her assisted living, public relations and journalism work, including national awards for assisted living collateral materials, advertisements, direct mail pieces, a website and a television commercial.
