Memory Support Care
 We offer specialized residential programs designed to serve seniors with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Located in dedicated, secured spaces within our Assisted Living communities, our Memory Support Neighborhoods are intentionally small-scaled to offer an intimate and nurturing environment with a strong staff-to-resident ratio and an exceptionally personal level of care and companionship.
Our enrichment activities programs promote social interaction, intellectual stimulation and exercise. Residents enjoy the company of their neighbors during scheduled activities, including discussion groups, art classes and live entertainment. We allow for quiet time and leisurely dressing and bathing, which reduces stress. Residents are also encouraged to perform familiar domestic chores, such as personal laundry and gardening, which contribute to a sense of purpose.
Through our innovative Memory Nutrition Program, residents are served a diet rich in "brain foods" such as antioxidants, fresh fruits and omega-three fatty acids that research has shown to slow the progression of dementia. Short-term rentals and Respite Stays for seniors with Alzheimer's disease and dementia are also available at all of our Memory Support Neighborhood communities.
