Serving Nashoba Valley

Nashoba Park is located in Ayer's historic district near Main Street and is easily accessible from the area's major highways -- Rts. 495, 290, and 2, as well as the local secondary routes -- 2A, 110 and 111. We are convenient to public transportation. The Boston to Fitchburg commuter rail stops in downtown Ayer.

Because of our convenient location, seniors move into their new home at Nashoba Park from a wide range of towns in the Nashoba Valley area, including Ayer, Groton, Littleton, Shirley, Harvard, Pepperell, Townsend, Lunenburg, Lancaster, and Westford, MA. We also draw from towns near Fitchburg, Leominster, Acton, Ashby and Ashburnham, MA and even from some southern New Hampshire communities. Of course, anyone is welcome to move to Nashoba Park, no matter where you presently reside. We look forward to meeting you!

Testimonials

"My daughter found Nashoba Park and said to me, 'You'd better come and see it - it's beautiful!' At first I found it difficult to leave my home in Vermont but I wanted to spend more time with my daughter and grandchildren who live in Pepperell. The staff and my fellow residents were so nice and welcoming, the transition was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Nashoba Park is truly like a home - not a facility. It's a caring community full of wonderful people. I have met so many new friends and join in all the interesting activities. And, the exercise classes are great for my health!"
