Our Services & Amenities Option

Nashoba Park is a monthly rental community offering Assisted Living. Our supportive services, delivered with care and compassion, enhance residents' independence and dignity and provide peace of mind for residents and their families. We offer a range of accomodations and service packages. Specific monthly rates depend upon the size and location of the apartment, as well as service options chosen by the resident. Please call for information about our all-inclusive monthly rates. Families appreciate that our community does not have any hidden charges or surprise fees. 

Assisted Living Amenities & Services

  • Two delicious meals prepared daily by our chef & served by wait staff
  • A full program of social, educational, cultural & spiritual activities
  • Scheduled group outings
  • Weekly apartment housekeeping & daily trash removal
  • Weekly laundering of towels & bed linens (washers & dryers are
    available for personal use)
  • Full use of indoor & outdoor community areas
  • Maintenance of building & grounds

Assisted Living Personal Care & Wellness Services

  • Access to on-site trained personal care staff 24 hours a day
  • Medication management assistance
  • Personal care assistance (help with showering, dressing & personal hygiene)
  • Personalized Wellness Care Plan
  • 24-hour personal emergency response system in every apartment
  • Semiannual health assessments by a registered nurse
  • Wellness Program, including exercise classes to improve strength & balance

Additional Services Available

We also offer personal laundry services, housekeeping beyond once a week, guest meals, tray service, and more. Please ask for a full listing of additional available services and their fees.

  • Hairdressing & barber services
  • Dry cleaning services (pick up & delivery)
  • Pharmacy delivery service
  • Private telephone, cable TV & internet service (reduced rates for Nashoba Park residents)
  • Third-party healthcare services, including temporary agency skilled nursing,
    podiatry, physical therapy & occupational therapy
