Peter G. Mullin, Managing Partner Peter Mullin, co-founder of Senior Living Residences, offers clients expertise in financial forecasting, planning and asset management, as well as project valuation and funding for mixed-income developments. Mr. Mullin developed and oversees SLR's financial management and reporting systems for the company's owned and managed independent and assisted living communities.  He is recognized as an expert in the development and operation of mixed-income assisted living projects and has spoken nationally on the critical aspects of this type of development.  A founding member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA), Mr. Mullin currently serves on the Board of Directors. For over 10 years he has provided leadership within the organization, including spearheading a successful initiative with Massachusetts state government for the expansion of Medicaid funded assisted living programs and the implementation of a new SSI category targeted at low-income seniors in need of services. Prior to launching Senior Living Residences, Mr. Mullin served as Chief Financial Officer for a long-term care facility in Boston and as a project planning and budget control manager for a Boston architectural firm.
