We publish our monthly rates and other fees. There are no hidden costs when dealing with a Senior Living Residences’ community. Click on the links below to obtain pricing information for each of our communities.

Many of our communities offer financial assistance programs and we work closely with eldercare referral sources to determine if one of them would benefit a client. They include the Medicaid GAFC Program, PACE, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and the VA benefit. Our on-site staff also coordinates with local healthcare providers for Medicare-reimbursed services whenever possible, helping to keep residents’ healthcare costs down.
