Seth Dudley
Vice President for Business Development


Seth Dudley is a seasoned senior housing operator with extensive experience managing projects that provide a continuum of senior housing and services including independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s care. He has a strong record of leadership, sales management results and operational turnarounds.

Prior to joining Senior Living Residences in 2008 as Vice President for Business Development, Mr. Dudley worked for five years for Benchmark Assisted Living of Wellesley, MA, during which time he served as Executive Director for four Benchmark assisted living communities (Evans Park at Newton Corner and Tatnuck Park at Worcester in Massachusetts and Greystone Farm at Salem and The Birches at Concord in New Hampshire.) Mr. Dudley earned yearly achievement awards from Benchmark for successfully optimizing operational, occupancy and financial results for each successive community. Most recently, his work at Evans Park at Newton Corner in Newton, MA included overseeing a multi-million dollar renovation during 2007, while maintaining strong occupancy of the 115-unit property, and creating and managing the start-up of a 20-unit Alzheimer’s program.

Mr. Dudley also worked for Hearthstone Alzheimer Care of Massachusetts as Executive Director of Hearthstone at New Horizons in Marlboro, MA where he led the community to maximum occupancy and improved overall operational results and as Program Director for Hearthstone at Heights Crossing in Brockton, MA where he designed and implemented therapeutic programs for persons with Alzheimer’s disease.

Mr. Dudley is currently pursuing his MBA in Aging Services at the Erickson School, University of Maryland Baltimore Campus, Baltimore, MD. He received his BS from the University of Maine, Presque Isle, ME. His professional affiliations include membership in the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA). He presented at the National Alzheimer’s Association Conference in 2003.
