Feeling overwhelmed or down?
You are on the front lines of this pandemic, doing heroic work taking care of our residents. You may be feeling overwhelmed, depressed, scared. Here are some resources to support your emotional and mental well-being.
Your healthcare plans cover counseling and mental health services:
- SLR’s Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans (covers all communities except Goddard House)
- Goddard House: check with your DBA on your Harvard Pilgrim benefits
- MassHealth (some of our associates in MA have this plan)
- Need medical coverage now? Sign up through the MA Health Connector, or ask Sheri Richardson, Payroll and Benefits Administrator
SLR’s EAP (Employee Assistance Program) offers free counseling to ALL associates, whether or not you are on our medical plans:
- Employee Assistance Program for Concord, Nashoba, Forestdale
- Employee Assistance Program for all other SLR communities
SLR’s Human Resources Dept vetted FREE phone and texting counseling services, and recommends these:
