The Cambridge Homes Wins Excellence in Action Award for 6th Consecutive Year

CAMBRIDGE, MA — The Cambridge Homes has earned recognition from NRC Health, winning their coveted “Excellence in Action Award” for the sixth consecutive year. These awards recognize senior communities including independent and assisted living residences, that have achieved the highest overall resident or employee satisfaction scores in the NRC Health database–the largest source of long-term care and senior-living satisfaction metrics in the nation.

Due to The Cambridge Homes’ commitment to providing quality services and care, they have earned high scores in both the resident and employee satisfaction categories, one of only two assisted living communities in Massachusetts to do so.

The measured results were based on surveys of employees, residents and families conducted during the previous year by NRC Health. The Cambridge Homes clinched an overall customer and employee satisfaction level each falling within the top ten percent among thousands of independent and assisted living communities across the country.

Established in 1887, the not-for-profit Cambridge Homes features 44 independent and assisted living apartments and offers residents a wide variety of cultural, educational, wellness and social programs to keep them independent and engaged.
