Family Visiting Guidelines
Family visits are welcome! We have set up our main dining room’s exterior entrance way for safe, socially distant outdoor visiting opportunities. Because we can only have one family visit at a time, we are scheduling 20 minute visits from 11-4pm daily. We kindly ask that you limit visits to one time per week to allow all families the opportunity to visit. In order to keep them safe for everyone, we are asking that families please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All visitors must pass a health screen.
- Both residents and family members will be required to wear masks during the visit.
- While we will have chairs set up for residents (which will be rotated and disinfected between visits), family members should plan to bring their own lawn chair so they can sit comfortably on the sidewalk, a considerable, safe distance away, during their visit.
For our Compass Neighborhood residents we are offering modified window visits. During these visits, family members must wear masks and will be required to stay at least 6 feet away from our windows. Please contact Julie Wade (firstname.lastname@example.org) to set up a visit.
Everyone’s safety, including yours, your loved ones’ and our associates’, will remain our highest priority throughout these visits. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email us! We appreciate your support and cooperation throughout this time.

During these unprecedented times, we continue to work with families and our professional referral partners to accommodate seniors who have an immediate need for a more supportive living arrangement.
