Cornerstone at Milford Resident Celebrates Milestone 100th Birthday

MILFORD, MA – The close of January was an exciting time at Cornerstone at Milford. Resident Al Lanzetta celebrated his 100th birthday with a special celebration at the Assisted Living and Memory Support Community.

Al has Lived in Milford his whole life. After serving in WWII and earning a Purple Heart, he went on to become the Head of Maintenance for the Milford school district for 36 years. He then went on to work another 12 years at the wastewater treatment plant. A hard worker, Al finally retired at age 76.

Cornerstone celebrated Al’s milestone with cake as well as assorted snacks. They also popped champagne in honor of the special day! 

“Al is such a special member of the Cornerstone family,” shared Michelle Hamilton, Executive Director. “We were honored to be able to celebrate this milestone with him and all that he has accomplished in life so far.”
