At SLR Marlboro, we help families by offering a short-term or trial stay option during vacations, business travel, or when caregivers simply need a break. We are here to care for your loved one while you take time to recharge, offering flexible, no-minimum short-term stay programs in both our Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support Neighborhoods. Residents can stay as long or as short as they need!

YOUR APARTMENT

  • Fully furnished apartment with a 24-hour emergency response system
  • Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator
  • Private bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars (toiletries included!)
  • Weekly housekeeping, daily bed making, and laundry services
  • Three meals daily in our restaurant-style dining room or tray service directly to your apartment as well as all day dining from 7:00am – 6:00pm

WELLNESS SERVICES & PROGRAMMING

  • Health Assessment and Customized Service Plan
  • Medication Reconciliation and Management
  • Coordination of follow-up care, including discharge notes and post-discharge Physician visits
  • Selections from our Brain Healthy Cooking menu
  • Social outings in our community limobus
  • Engaging lifelong learning, arts and fitness programs to keep seniors sharp, social and independent

COORDINATED SKILLED SERVICES:

Outside care you bring in could include, but is not limited to:

  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in a dedicated studio at SLR Marlboro
  • Oxygen, Post Surgical Wounds, Insulin Management
  • Partnership with a local hospice provider already onsite
  • We work with a host of local medical providers who can bring services onsite including podiatry, dental, hearing, neuropsych, and more!
