Care & Wellness

Person-Centered Care at Anchor Bay in East Greenwich RI

Anchor Bay offers two living options hosted at one community: Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support. Our years of experience serving seniors and their families helps us to understand that overtime, seniors needs may change; that does not mean they should have to move. Our continuum of care is designed to help residents age in place comfortably in familiar environments, with extra support ready whenever they may need it.

Our highest priority is to promote independence and preserve dignity to properly enhance residents’ quality of life. Before moving in, each resident is given a comprehensive assessment by our nurse, who then works with the resident, their family, and their physician to come up with the best possible care plan based on the resident’s specific needs, goals, and preferences. Everyone’s care plans are updated at least twice a year, and more frequently as needed. This process helps to provide high quality and individualized care for all.
