Learn about Brookmeadow’s innovative take on dining and nutrition. Residents’ taste buds are awakened at each meal, enjoying chef-prepared dishes inspired by the Mediterranean Diet. Our full-time Fitness Specialist hosts group classes and can work with residents one-on-one.
