At Anchor Bay, we offer two living options: Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support. Our care options are built to help residents age in place as their needs change over time while providing peace of mind to families of seniors. Our focus is always on encouraging residents to uphold independence and maintain the highest quality of life possible.
In collaboration with families and physicians, our nursing team completes comprehensive assessments to build a personalized wellness care plan for each resident before they move in. Every plan is tailored to each resident’s individual needs, preferences, and goals. All plans are reviewed and updated twice a year– or more often is needed– to ensure the right level of care.
One monthly rate covers:
- Nurse Assessment & development of Individual Service Plan
- Certified Resident Care Associates (CNAs) available 24/7
- Onsite wellness nurses
- Assistance with daily activities and tasks
- Maintenance & utilities for all apartments
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Three brain healthy meals in our restaurant-style dining room
- EnrichedLIFE activities and adventures
- Free transportation services for offsite activities
Additional Services Provided Onsite
At Anchor Bay Pocasset, we work with countless local care providers to offer extra support beyond a resident’s community wellness plan. We ensure all residents have access to trusted PT, OT, speech therapy, and other services without having to leave the community.
Our strong relationships with local providers that regularly visit Anchor Bay include:
- Local Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who conduct weekly “house calls”
- Temporary Agency Skilled Nursing (VNAs) who provide various services such caring for post-surgical wounds
- Podiatry and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
All residents are welcome to maintain close relationships with their own physicians. Anchor Bay helps to organize transportation so that appointments are made easy without needing to switch providers.
