At Anchor Bay Pocasset, by popular demand, an indoor bocce court was recently set up for a friendly little afternoon game.

“This was a game that was highly requested by a few of our community members and it involved some stiff competition,” said Anchor Bay staffer Sarah LeBrun.

They had two teams with six members each who did their best to come closest to the pallino.

“There was certainly no mercy displayed during this game!” she said. “Each time one competitor came close to the lead, the other team member would knock their ball out. We had so much fun!”

LeBrun said that at Anchor Bay Pocasset, they believe that there is no age limit on making memories and learning new things.

“Our EnrichedLIFE Program offers various activities throughout the day,” she said. “Between art, music, education, exercise and spiritual programs, all residents have the opportunity to participate in activities that they find interesting. Our team is focused on building relationships with each resident through giving them the opportunity to express themselves each day. The only challenge our residents face is deciding which programs to explore first!”
