Nashoba Park Residents Take a Trip to Paradise with Summer Luau

AYER, MA – An island breeze was blowing at Nashoba Park Assisted Living in Ayer as associates and residents enjoyed a vibrant luau complete with a performance by traditional Polynesian dancers.

The event, held in the community’s sunny courtyard, offered residents a first class ticket to paradise without ever leaving home. While the traditional dancers provided great entertainment, the star of the show was the pig roast whipped up by Nashoba Park’s culinary team, including smoked pork, hawaiian baked beans, pineapple fried rice, and kamaboko pasta salad. Residents enjoyed tropical drinks with their meal and finished the afternoon with a homemade pineapple coconut lush.
