Our Program Directors craft a jam-packed program calendar each month that offers a variety of fitness, art, social, cultural, and religious events. Whether you work with our Fitness Specialist on mobility, experience a taste of Italy through Grab Your Passport!, sit in on movie night with friends, or enjoy a good book by the fireplace, the possibilities are endless.

EnrichedLIFE Programming for Assisted Living Residents
At Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner, we know seniors do better when they’re social, active and engaged. Our residents thrive in their own private apartment homes while benefiting from a welcoming community just outside their door. Here, you’ll find security, companionship, engaging social events, wellness activities, and a variety of supportive services that allow seniors to age in place. You have the freedom to spend your day as you see fit while taking advantage of opportunities to stay active, have fun, learn new things, and make new friends! Plus, we provide transportation to help you get to your desired destinations.
A Therapeutic Neighborhood for those with Memory Loss in Stoughton, MA
Our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® is carefully designed with a bright dining room and Reconnections Learning Classroom. Led by our Director of Compass Programming, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, programming includes specialized activities such as Reconnections, a curriculum-based adult learning program, as well as art, photography, music, and exercise programs. With a high staff-to-resident ratio and specially trained associates, Compass aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment where residents can continue to engage with the world, enjoy personal relationships, and experience a meaningful life.
Transportation Services
Reliable transportation helps support independence and confidence, while also reducing isolation and easing the frustration that can come with no longer driving. It can be especially reassuring for those transitioning from living at home to an independent or assisted living community.
Our Limobus offers regularly scheduled trips to shopping centers, places of worship, sightseeing outings, cultural events, and local restaurants. With convenient transportation provided by our onsite team, getting where you want to go is simple and stress-free. Each ride is comfortable, featuring air conditioning and music, and all vehicles are fully handicap accessible.
