We offer two living options at Ridgefield Station: Assisted Living and Compass Memory Care Support. In our experience working with seniors and their families, we have realized that the hesitation to move is because of a fear of lacking extra support and care. Because of this, our focus is always on preserving independence while also providing extra support at any level a resident wants.
Our nurses complete in-depth assessments in order to create the best fit care plan for each resident before they even move in. These plans reflect the individual’s interests, preferences, goals, and overall needs and are updated every two years, though can be more often if needed.
One monthly rate covers:
- Nurse Assessment & Development of Individual Service Plan
- Certified Resident Care Associates (CNAs) available 24/7
- Onsite Wellness Nurse
- Personal care assistance with daily tasks
- Maintenance & utilities for your apartment
- Housekeeping and flat linen laundry
- Three meals daily in our restaurant-style dining room which features Brain Healthy selections
- EnrichedLIFE activities and adventures
- Scheduled transportation in community-side limobus
Onsite Care Services Provided at no Added Cost!
Ridgefield Station partners with many local care providers so that we can offer additional support that goes beyond our wellness plans without leaving the community. Physicians in PT, OT, speech therapy, and other necessary services visit our community to work with our residents weekly.
Our strong relationships with local providers include:
- Locals Physicians and Nurse Practitioners visit weekly to conduct “house calls”
- Temporary Agency Skilled Nursing (VNAs) are able to provide various forms of medical care such as caring for post surgery wounds.
- Podiatry, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies.
We welcome all residents to maintain strong relationships with their own physicians. Don’t worry about arranging transportation to your appointments, we’ve got your covered!
