At Anchor Bay, our residents are offered a restaurant-style dining experience for each meal of the day. Between our uniformed waitstaff and various menu choices, residents are given the experience of fine dining everyday. Our talented chef designs each menu, taking resident’s suggestions and feedback into account. Daily menus include resident’s specific requests based on ethnic, religious, and cultural traditions that our chef is happy to bring to life each day.
Each menu is inspired by our Brain Healthy Cooking program, which reflects the Mediterranean Diet. All meals are made with fresh ingredients such as fish, berries, olive oil, and greens, all of which contribute to maintaining a healthy blood sugar and healthy brain.
