Person-Centered Care at Anchor Bay | Assisted Living & Memory Support in East Providence RI

Anchor Bay East Providence offers two living options on one campus: Independent & Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support. Through years of serving seniors and their families, we’ve learned that most people prefer to remain in the community they know and love, even as their care needs change. That’s why our services are designed to support aging in place, allowing residents to receive the right level of care while maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Before move-in, our nurse conducts a comprehensive assessment to develop a personalized wellness care plan in collaboration with the resident, their family, physician, and our care team. Tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, the plan is reviewed and updated at least twice a year—or more frequently as needed—to ensure residents continue receiving the appropriate support as their needs evolve.
