Local Independent and Assisted Living Community Wins Excellence in Action Award for the 4th Consecutive Year
Cambridge, MA – October 18, 2016 — The Cambridge Homes has earned recognition by the National Research Corporation, winning their coveted “Excellence in Action Award” for the fourth consecutive year. These awards recognize senior communities including independent and assisted living residences, that have made a commitment to providing quality services and care and have achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction from their residents. The measured results were based on surveys of residents and their families conducted during the previous year by My InnerView, a division of the National Research Corporation. The Cambridge Homes clinched an overall customer satisfaction level falling within the top 10% among thousands of independent and assisted living communities across the country.
“It is a testament to our associates’ that our residence has been honored with this award for a fourth year. Knowing that residents and family members think so highly of The Cambridge Homes is incredibly rewarding,” explains Helene Quinn, Executive Director of The Cambridge Homes.
The Cambridge Homes was one of only five Massachusetts assisted living communities and one of three independent senior residences to be given this honor.
