In practice, that looks like spending time getting to know each resident as an individual — with their own preferences, needs, experiences and goals. It looks like caregivers spending quality time while delivering care, not counting minutes or scoring points. It looks like transparent communication and collaboration with the physicians, specialists and family members.

- Nurse Assessment & development of Individual Service Plan
- Certified Resident Care Associates (CNAs) available 24/7
- Onsite Wellness Nurse

- Maintenance & utilities for your apartment

Additional Care Services Provided Onsite
Compass at Forestview partners with a network of trusted local care providers to enhance each resident’s wellness plan, making it easy to access PT, OT, speech therapy and other services right here in our community.
We maintain close relationships with local healthcare providers who regularly visit our residents, including:
- Podiatry, and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
- Local Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who conduct on-site “house calls” and visit regularly
- Visiting skilled nursing services (VNAs) that deliver a range of on-site medical care, including post-surgical wound care
If you’d prefer to keep seeing your current physicians, that’s no problem — we’ll help coordinate transportation to your appointments so you never have to switch providers.
