Concord Park officially receives Purple Flag accreditation! 

Purple Flag for Dementia Care™ recognizes providers who go above and beyond in the quality of services for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. 

We invite our residents, families, friends, associates and professional partners to a special flag raising ceremony celebrating Concord Park’s achievement.

What is Purple Flag for Dementia Care™?

Purple Flag is an accreditation program which recognizes excellence and drives continuous improvement in the quality of services for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. Accredited communities have demonstrated adherence to 60 best practices for the care of individuals with dementia. 

Purple Flag is a collaboration between the Institute for Senior Living Education (ISLE), the Connecticut Assisted Living Association (CALA) and the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter, launched in 2019.
