CONCORD, MA – Emerson Hospital TCU hosted 20 staff members and patients for “Brain Healthy Cooking,” a discussion on foods that improve memory and concentration led by Maryellen King of Concord Park Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support. “Brain Healthy Cooking” is an educational program created by Senior Living Residences, management company for Concord Park, that encourages participants to experience and learn a way of eating and cooking that promotes a healthy brain.
