Cornerstone at Hampton Hosts 7th Annual Art in Bloom

Hampton Art in Bloom 2019

HAMPTON — Nearly 200 guests gathered at the 7th annual Hampton Art in Bloom exhibition on June 12, hosted at Cornerstone at Hampton Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support Community. Each year at this colorful event, the Hampton Arts Network creates pieces of art to be interpreted by members of the Hampton Garden Club.

Art in Bloom was launched here in Hampton seven years ago when Hampton Arts Network President Linda Gebhart reached out to the Hampton Garden Club about joining forces and putting on an event showcasing the power and beauty of art. This year, Cornerstone at Hampton was chosen as the venue.

“From the initial planning meeting to the day after the event, the staff at Cornerstone were part of the team,” says Pat Navin of the Hampton Garden Club. “Without the beautiful venue and their support, this event would not have been shared and enjoyed by the residents and guests. The Hampton Garden Club is so pleased to welcome Cornerstone as an active part of our community.”
