Dorchester resident honored for 15 years of service in senior living

DORCHESTER, MA–Antoinette Bailey, Wellness Coordinator at local memory support community, Compass on the Bay in South Boston, recently received the Integrity Award at Senior Living Residences’ annual Star Awards ceremony. Antoinette’s commitment to making each resident feel seen is what makes her care stand out from those around her. Though Antoinette is the Wellness Coordinator, she takes it upon herself to play a role in dining, programming, and maintenance because she believes that everyone on the Compass team must work together for the benefit of the residents. This November, Antoinette will celebrate 15 years at Senior Living Residences. From her first day on the job through proudly standing on the stage at the Star Awards, Antoinette has put her best work forward, not for the recognition, but because she genuinely cannot imagine doing anything less.
