Standish Village offers a wide variety of apartment floor plans. Assisted Living residents can choose from a Private Studio, One Bedroom or Two Bedroom apartment. Our one and two bedroom apartments are some of the largest in the area and feature high ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchenette, large windows and plenty of storage space. Our neutral color palettes pair well with many furniture/design schemes.
Our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® offers Private Studios, One Bedrooms and Companion Suites. All Compass apartments are located on the first floor.
Many of our apartments have views of the Neponset River or breathtaking cityscape!

Our Compass Neighborhood is designed like home and features private apartments that lead out to small-scale community rooms with easy access to outdoor garden spaces. These elements enhance residents’ confidence and feelings of autonomy as they move about freely. Other features incorporate the latest research on environmental design for those with memory impairment, including bright lighting, unobtrusive security systems and designated programming spaces.
