Concord Park Senior Living found a way to recognize and give back to their associates on Employee Appreciation Day with a spread of staff’s favorite foods and thank-you notes from seniors residing at the Assisted Living and Memory Support Community.
Each team member also received a Concord Park fleece as a token of appreciation.
“It is amazing to work with such wonderful, devoted individuals,” said Natasha Heimrath, Concord Park’s executive director. “It has been hard this past year as we have serviced a very vulnerable population during the pandemic. I wanted to show our staff how much we appreciate them and everything they provide daily to the seniors at Concord Park.”
In addition to regular appreciation events, Concord Park also offers professional development opportunities and educational training for associates.
“Many of our associates have been employed at Concord Park since the day we opened more than 20 years ago,” said Heimrath. “I feel that is a testament to the positive work culture we’ve cultivated here.”
Concord Park is a Volunteers of America Massachusetts nonprofit Senior Community located in the heart of historic West Concord Village.
