Cornerstone at Hampton Celebrates Grand Opening

HAMPTON, NH — Cornerstone at Hampton Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support community celebrated its Grand Opening on Thursday, May 23rd. More than 300 guests attended including special guests John Nyhan, Hampton Area Chamber President, and State Senator Nancy Stiles, as well as many of the leaders and teams behind the project’s construction, Cornerstone’s pioneer residents and their families, friends, associates and local community and business leaders and healthcare professionals.

Executive Director Katrina June spoke to the remarkable bonds and friendships already formed among the senior community’s pioneer residents: “The way you support each other, care for each other, walk each other back to your rooms…you are always looking out for each other and every time we bring a new resident here, you welcome them with open arms.”

The new senior community opened its doors in December. One of the community’s first residents Betty Conway, was invited to join Senator Stiles and Nyhan as well as Cornerstone’s Executive Director Katrina June to cut the ceremonial ribbon.
