HAMPTON, NH— Cornerstone at Hampton Assisted Living showed their commitment to their surrounding communities with their recent service initiatives, donating much-needed wish list items to local shelters.

Cornerstone at Hampton Assistant Executive Director Olivia Korpi, who played a big part in organizing these drives, was honored to connect with and give back to families in need. Korpi mobilized residents, families, and staff to come together to donate to a couple of local shelters. Cornerstone gathered toiletries, clothing, backpacks and other necessities for nearby homeless shelter Cross Roads House, an emergency and transitional shelter providing support for women, men, and children to get back on their feet.

Similarly to the Cross Roads House initiative, Korpi organized a drive for Seacoast Family Promise. Cornerstone residents, families and staff donated clothing, toiletries, and other items in support of families going through difficult times. Seacoast Family Promise helps these families to regain stability amidst economic hardship, illness, divorce, and other circumstances and steadies the youth who are especially impacted by these obstacles.
