On September 26th, Forestdale Park Senior Living proudly hosted its annual Alzheimer’s Fundraising Event, featuring a lively tailgate theme. Despite the rainy weather, the festivities were seamlessly relocated indoors. Forestdale Park was honored to have the presence of Miss Massachusetts USA 2024, Melissa Sapini, who generously offered her support for Forestdale Park and those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.
This year’s efforts culminated in an impressive $1,500 raised, contributing to a cumulative total of $4,864 toward Forestdale Park’s $5,000 goal. Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the incredible support received from friends and family, including the families of both past and current residents, along with the dedicated staff and their loved ones. Such unwavering commitment fuels optimism about not only reaching but potentially exceeding the fundraising target.
The dining team also played a pivotal role in the event’s success, delighting attendees with a delicious BBQ meal, enhancing the festive spirit. Together, this collective effort highlights a community united in its mission to combat Alzheimer’s disease.
