Methuen Village Honors their Healthcare Heroes

METHUEN, MA – To Executive Director Tracy Valletti, the frontline and healthcare associates working at Methuen Village Assisted Living have always been heroes, but as communities rally to show their appreciation of essential workers, this senior community is celebrating their team in new ways.

Earlier this month, associates arriving for their shifts were treated to an even bigger surprise when the community unveiled a large “Heroes Work Here” banner to show their appreciation for the tireless efforts of their frontline staff. For Executive Director Tracy Valletti, the sign was a natural homage to the dedication and sacrifice her team has shown through the past few months.

“Our entire team is working diligently to provide the very best care for our residents under difficult circumstances,” says Valletti. “They are showing determination, compassion and courage as they come to work to fight this pandemic despite knowing they might be putting themselves at risk.”

Methuen Village is continuing to accept donations of cloth masks. Drop-offs can be arranged by calling 978-685-2220. For more information on Methuen Village Assisted Living and Compass Memory Support, visit www.MethuenVillage.com.
