CONCORD, MA — Concord Park Senior Living is finding creative ways to recognize their hardworking and passionate senior care heroes. On July 8th, Felipe Dos Santos was awarded the coveted title of Employee of the Quarter at the Assisted Living and Memory Support Community.
The award ceremony included a lunch spread of Felipe’s favorite foods, which included fettuccine alfredo. He also received many gifts of appreciation including items for the beach, which he loves to frequent.
At Concord Park, Felipe serves as a Resident Care Associate and spends most days in the Compass Memory Support Neighborhood®, a specialized residential setting for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Felipe is instrumental in assisting with daily programs aimed at enriching residents’ lives and providing a sense of meaning and purpose.
“Although Felipe has only been with Concord Park for a little less than a year, it truly feels like he has been here for years,” said Natasha Heimrath, Executive Director. “His first and top priority is and always will be the residents.”
